CO-pastor & Elder

Feeling called by God, Jason and his wife Jennifer moved to Colorado Springs in 1995. After serving in various capacities of ministry for more than a decade, they began attending Redemption Fellowship (then Hope Chapel) in 2007. They quickly fell in love with the church because of its focus on the Gospel, passion for the worship of the Triune God, and its close-knit community. Jason soon began serving in the children's ministry, became a Care Group leader and also preached from time-to-time. He was appointed as an elder in 2016 and has served in that capacity ever since. Jason's passion in ministry is "to make ready a people prepared for the Lord." Jason and Jennifer have four children and a son-in-law.

Wolf Fengler

ELDER - currently not actively serving

Wolf and his wife Jenny were married in 2009 and moved to Colorado Springs in 2014 after Wolf accepted an engineering position here. They began attending Redemption Fellowship (then Hope Chapel) regularly in the fall of that year. Wolf had served on the worship team and with the men's ministry at their previous church in Pennsylvania for several years and soon began participating in those ministries as well. Some years later, he was trained for and began leading a Care Group. He was eventually asked to prepare a sermon for the summer campout and later went through the Elder Candidacy program before accepting a call as an Elder/Pastor in December of 2019 where he faithfully served for nearly 5 years. In the Fall of 2024, the  elders provided a break from actively serving to care specifically for growing family needs. Wolf's desire is to see Believers grow into Ambassadors for Christ in heart, word, and deed.

Bill Gross

Elder EMeRITUS

Bill and Lynn moved to Colorado Springs in 1980, where they came to faith in Christ. Bill has been involved in various ministries since the beginning. They served in three growing churches in town, helping to plant one of them, before coming to Redemption Fellowship (then Hope Chapel) in 2006. Bill said it felt like “coming home.” He became an elder in 2007, filling in wherever needed. Lynn served in the office, in an administrative role. They’ve been faithful companions and co-workers for nearly fifty years. They have two grown children, and three grandchildren, two of whom have graduated college. Bill’s vision has been to create a reproducible model for a community of believers who are enthusiastic in their worship, grounded in their doctrine, and warm in their fellowship – that they might serve Christ with excellence and joy.
